"1) The Front desk gentleman was excellent in helping us settle in. 2)There were several benefits like free wireless networking that we didn't take advantage of but would like to next time. 3) We saw a 'startled' cleaning-woman coming out of someone's room with no cleaning supplies in hand...we suspected something not-good but had no problems ourselves."
